Thanks for posting these wonderful videos! May I know the make and model of your juicer? It looks very powerful, it makes short work of everything you put in there!

Cool video! by the way my cousin tried this top diet system known as: Fat 360 Nuke and lost 15 pounds within a month. I cannot really remember the exact website just Google it.

Question on carrots, ive read about how carrots that we purchase in regular groceries are hybrids and they contain starch….have you heard of this and if so how do you go about avoiding purchasing hybrid fruits, and veggies?

    Hi Matthew,
Im a new subbie and I love your videos. I plan on getting into juicing but what about using conventional versus organic fruits and vegetables. I live in Canada and all the conventionally grown vegetables and fruits have been exposed to lots of pesticides and are nutrionally depleted. What is yoru view on that? Do you guys use organic produce? Thanks

If you watch our post juice feast videos you will see there. These are made after day 100 last September. Keep eating a healthy diet after and exercise and your weight will normalise.

Hey Matthew, I have a question regarding juicing as well. I’d like to start a 30 day juice feast, but I’d like to know how did you start introducing food on your diet, and how to not gain the weight you lost during the juice feast. Saludos :)

When it is coming out of a rock in the side of the mountain, I wouldn’t be concerned about bacteria. If you are drinking it from a household tap then better to install a water filter to remove the chlorine and other poisons.

  8. DraeYHU says:

You totally blew over the fact that bacteria can get in the water, which is exactly why we chlorinate it…

I have to admit that buying meat is sooo damn expensive. I don’t eat it but I realise that people can’t visualise their plate without meat at the centre. I find it so easy to think of meat free meals, and they taste way better than with dead carcass in it ;) great video Matt, shocked about the spring!

I think that makes sense. I’m going to try and see what works best for me.

The juice provides the nutrients that you need, including protein and calcium. If you check out our juice feast videos we show the different things we took a long with our juice feast. We also drank some kombucha tea and some hemp seed oil, mainly.

There are pros and cons. It’s cheaper and keeps us warmer and more comfortable in winter. I have done cold winters 100% raw and I found it just nasty. I go 100% raw when the weather warms. Each individual is different and you must find your own balance.

Thanks! : ) Our car takes the load. It’s all down hill from the spring! there isn’t really an organic standard in Spain, but I don’t think that the fruit and veg is treated like in the US, so I don’t know to what degree it is organic, so I wash everything well anyway. You have a wonderful day too! : )

Awesome video Matthew. How do you get home, 300 liters of spring water?
I love spring water, I have a spring 5 minutes from me. Wonderful fruits and vegetables, and what wonderful spinach, wish I could find it here to. How much of that is organic.
    Have a wonderful day. KRAM

Hey Matthew, so are you and Victoria high raw? if so, do you still see the benefits in doing so rather than being 100% raw? because I think I wanna be high raw… x) please respond.

This comment is regarding juicing..I plan on starting a 60 day juice feast tomorrow but I was wondering how would I be getting my protein calcium and all the other nutrients that I may need??

We just got a Reverse Osmosis system for under three hundred dollars (American) at mercola.com, for the tap. We were spending over $100.00 a month on water… Instead of buying yourself some clothes.. just do it. It’ll be the best investment you can make for yourself, and animals…if you have kids… I have had it for over a week, and can finally give my animals clean water. ALL of them are spunky again. Fluoride is one of the worst chemicals you could possibly put into your body.

For a week now, i have been drinking 3litres of tap water a day and have replaced processed foods, meat and dairy for the cheapest pulses, nuts, fruit and veg, rice and oatmeal.
I can’t afford a water filter or anything. I don’t drive so can’t travel miles to organic independent stores or anything. Is it worth eating for example tesco market value fruit and vegetables or are they just to contaminated?
Without it being a placebo effect…
    Cheers.
